Garena Free Fire Upgrade, Dual-Wielding Vector Akimbo SMG, to Bring Revamped Training Map

On Monday, December 7, Garena Free Fire - the popular battle royale game for Android and iOS - will receive a big update, adding improvements to the training map as well as adding some updated weapons. The classic M4A1 assault rifle and a modified P90 SMG are included with the updated arms. These two weapons will be calibrated for damage and recoil. Advanced guns for more fun looting would also replace advanced accessories. During the upgrade, players will play the game the way they normally play and as soon as they update, they will be able to experience the latest patch. The update heralds the start of the Chrono Operation case for which Garena roped in Cristiano Ronaldo, a footballer. Plays will work as Chrono, a Ronaldo-based character.

On official Free Fire Instagram and Facebook Garena, Developer Garena reported that the maintenance downtime for the update would begin on December 7 from 9.30am to 515pm (IST). "Players will not be able to enter the game during this time, but you can continue playing as usual," the developers said. Once they download the app, players will be able to explore fresh weapons and an optimised training map.

When they upgrade the game, users will also be able to claim prizes. In order to purchase Fireworks, Bermuda Shells will be introduced, and Music Arcade and Dynamic Lighting will also be applied to the game. Besides this, there is an Operation Chrono case at the Garena Free Fire that is scheduled to kick off after the update. Surfboard modifications and firearm status adjustments are also recent.

Free Fire will get its first ever dual-wielding weapon, Vector Akimbo, Garena says, which will allow users to inflict damage from both hands to their opponents. A few guns are going to be modified, as described. As per an article, the M4A1 assault rifle will do more harm and its firing rate as well as range will be improved. For additional damage, the P90 SMG will also be modified, which will be compensated by decreasing the recoil. Advanced guns will replace advanced attachments for enjoyable looting.

The Operation Chrono event, as described, will allow players to play Chrono, a character based on Cristiano Ronaldo, a footballer. For everybody around him the character is a source of inspiration. A futuristic slum, a dark world featuring modern technologies, is set in the Operation Chrono universe. It's a wonderful feeling to have not only a character modelled after me in Free Fire, but also to have the whole world shift along with it throughout the game.Cristiano Ronaldo said that the Garena team has been working on lots of new features and elements for Operation Chrono in the game. The dedicated Chrono microsite will unveil further information.
