During The Game Awards on Thursday, Indie developer Innersloth announced its fourth map, The Airship, for the online social deduction game Among Us, following the game's win for best multiplayer title of the year.
The Airship features new activities to be done by players, and is much more elaborate than previous maps, with ladders and elevators to be used by players to access various parts of the ship. The new map will also provide players after a meeting with several spawn points, allowing them to stop grouping up (and avoid being easily picked off by any imposters.)
The map, first teased by the official Among Us Twitter account last month, has a higher colour and information level than the latest maps the game has had since its quiet release in June 2018, two years before it became a viral hit in the middle of the coronavirus pandemic.
