While the ministry is providing a cold shoulder to PUBG leaders, Atmanirbhar's competitor, FAU-G, is planning for a gigantic launch later this month. The game eventually went up for pre-registration on the Google Play Store earlier this week following months of teasing. And well a lot of netizens look like they're ready to check it out. More than 1 million Android users have reported their curiosity in checking out this patriotic game in just 24 hours.

This milestone was posted last evening on Twitter by FAU-G developer, Bengaluru-based nCore Games. It shows that in the first 24 hours, the new story-driven FPS game gathered 1.06 million pre-registrations. The caption on the tweet reads: "Thank you for your great response!" Largest number in less than 24 hours of pre-registration in India! 1+ million and counting...'

Although the listing of the Play Store announced that an elite combat force will be represented, FAU-G (short for Fearless and Unified Guards) will defend the dignity and supremacy of the country at the northern frontier. You're going to be entangled with rivals that are attempting to conquer India. The business didn't post an official trailer for the gameplay. But in the Play Store listing, we did get a first look at the home screen and graphics.

Initially, FAU-G will only endorse a story-driven mode, with the first level featuring the Galwan Valley skirmish between Indian and Chinese armies. The developers intend to add a royal combat mode down the line. Whether or not FAU-G would be as intuitive and engaging as PUBG Mobile would be fascinating to see.

Now, while you are waiting eagerly for PUBG Mobile to make its comeback in India, giving this homegrown game a try by pre-registering right here using this page. When it becomes available, FAU-G will be downloaded automatically on your Android phone, probably before the end of this year. Initially, FAU-G was said to be released in October, but has since faced many delays and is projected to appear before the end of 2020.
