Tecno Pova, owned by China's Transsion Holdings, has been introduced in India as the new model of the company. The new mobile is aimed at young buyers and comes with up to 128GB of onboard storage in two versions. A big, 6,000mAh battery also comes with the Tecno Pova. The MediaTek Helio G80 SoC, hole-punch panel style, and quad rear cameras are other key highlights of the smartphone. With the likes of Poco M2 and Redmi 9 Prime, the Tecno Pova competes.
Price for Tecno Pova in India
For the 4 GB RAM + 64 GB storage version, the Tecno Pova price in India has been set at Rs. 9,999, while the smartphone's 6 GB RAM + 128 GB storage option has a price tag of Rs. 11,999. Three different colour choices are available, namely, Dazzle Black, Magic Blue, and Pace Purple. In addition, the phone will go on sale via Flipkart, with the first sale scheduled for 11 December at 12pm (noon).
Specifications of Tecno Pova
The Tecno Pova dual-SIM (Nano) runs on Android 10 with HiOS 7.0 on top and has a 6.8-inch HD+ (720x1,640 pixels) touchscreen with an aspect ratio of 20.5:9 and a screen-to-body ratio of 90.4 percent. The smartphone has an octa-core MediaTek Helio G80 SoC under the hood, along with 4GB of RAM. For taking images and filming videos, there is a quad rear camera configuration, with a 16-megapixel main sensor holding an f/1.85 aperture.
The Tecno Pova provides an 8 megapixel camera sensor on the back for selfies and video chats. It has an f/2.0 lens and supports features such as, among others, AI Selfie Camera, AI Elegance, Big Selfie, Night Portrait, AI HDR, and AR Shot.
