Razer, the US-based gaming headphones and peripherals company, has introduced its TWS earbuds for the next generation. This is an improvement over last year's Hammerhead TWS earbuds, called the Hammerhead True Wireless Pro, which comes with what the firm terms 'advanced hybrid active noise cancellation.'

With 'Comply' foam tips that provide better noise insulation, the Hammerhead True Wireless Pro provides a safe in-ear build. For a more personalised suit, the brand is also selling 6 extra sets of silicone tips. It also comes with a ranking of IPX4 that signifies water and sweat resistance.
The earbuds also have drivers of 10 mm, two built-in microphones and a low-latency communication of 60 ms. The headphones have a 20Hz-20kHz frequency response and a 16Ohm impedance, while the mics have a 100Hz-10kHz frequency response and a 60dB signal-to-noise ratio.
A 'Gaming Mode' that Razer claims would improve the wireless efficiency of the earbuds during competitive games is another prominent aspect of the Hammerhead Pro. There is also an Attention Mode that will allow users to increase perception of their environment by allowing ambient sound in.
The Hammerhead True Wireless Pro, as already described, comes with advanced hybrid active noise cancellation' that the company says "nullifies both external and unwanted internal noise by simultaneously generating inverse sound waves." It also features THX certification, which means that the sound quality is exactly as it was meant by the audio engineer.
The Razer Hammerhead Pro comes with touch-enabled controls, as with most TWS earbuds, that allow users to switch easily between active noise cancellation and Attention Mode, monitor their music and calls, and trigger the voice assistant of their smartphone. For the earbuds and an extra 16 hours with the charging pad, the firm also reports a battery life of up to 4 hours.
Hammerhead True Wireless Pro: Availability and Price
The Hammerhead True Wireless Pro is now on sale at the official Razer online store and via retail stores in the US, Canada, EU, China, and Asia Pacific for $199.99/ €209.99.
