Downlaod Free Copy of Starlink: Battle for Atlas Digital Edition Game
- Tech Backbone
So, remember Starlink: Atlas Battle? That Ubisoft toys-to-life game in disguise that turned out to be just Star Fox? Yeah, it's free on a PC now but you definitely won't want it because it doesn't have any of the Star Fox stuff on the Nintendo Switch that made it so amazing.
Starlink originally introduced as an open pilot with only Fox McCloud, but last April, the majority of the Star Fox gang appeared in the big Crimson Moon upgrade. That's why, with complete support for Xbox and DualShock controllers, Starlink also appeared on the PC, but it was not really enough to bring sales somewhere near where they wanted to be. Especially because no one purchased the real toys that were supposed to be the game's key selling point, leading to their discontinuation at around the same time as last year's PC launch.
Due to all the unique Star Fox content, the game was the most popular on the Nintendo Switch. There are exactly three people playing Starlink on Steam as of the moment of this writing, according to Steamcharts, but there will definitely be more playing on Ubisoft's website, particularly given the free Christmas giveaway.

🗓 From December 14 to December 18
🎁 Today's gift: free copy of Starlink: Battle for Atlas Digital Edition game on @UbisoftConnect PC
👉 https://t.co/DlFzQzZKx1
You can download Starlink: Battle for Atlas absolutely free for the PC on Ubisoft Connect from now until tomorrow at 5 AM PST (8 AM EST). This is the interactive edition of the regular game that does not contain all starships, pilots, or weapons. By either playing the game or through microtransactions, you'll have to access them yourself.
Again in the PC-only edition of Starlink: Fight for Atlas, we need to emphasise that there is no Star Fox present. If you want to play the closest thing in recent memory to a true Star Fox title, your only choice is to purchase Starlink on the Nintendo Switch. Otherwise with RPG elements and a whole bunch of microtransactions, you're only getting a pretty bland space game.
