Apple has released the final AirPods Max 2020 hardware product to bring an end to leaks and speculation. It is the first-ever over-ear headphones with active noise cancellation (ANC) support from the manufacturer, Adaptive EQ, Spatial Audio, and much more. In contrast to the common noise-canceling headphones available on the market, AirPods Max has arrived with a high asking price.

Design
The nature of the AirPods Max (as per reports, previously known as AirPods Studio) is quite close to the CAD renders that have been leaked. It features a headband of stainless steel with a canopy of breathable knit mesh. Apple promises that this mesh style would decrease the on-head pressure and be convenient with a range of head shapes and sizes.
The earcups look superior and have a polished black coating on them. The ear cushions of memory foam look very comfortable as well. And now when the company has taken a feature from the Apple Watch to the headphones, be ready to be shocked. There is a digital crown on AirPods Max. Apple states that it "offers accurate volume control and the ability to play or pause audio, skip tracks, answer or terminate phone calls, and activate Siri."
Sound Quality
As per Apple, with each earcup housing an Apple-designed 40mm driver, the earcups sport a "custom acoustic design". As per the blog post, it will provide rich, deep bass, precise mid-range, and crisp clean, high-frequency extension." AirPods Max, one in each ear cup, is fitted with the company's H1 chip. This 10-core audio chip is able to perform 9 billion operations per second and provides AirPods with a machine audio breakthrough.
Features
As for the feature range, on this pair of ANC headphones, the H1 chip allows for a number of established features. Adaptive EQ, Transparency mode, spatial audio, and even audio sharing are enabled by AirPods Max. You'd already know what these capabilities are if you've ever used AirPods. Battery Life
As for the battery life, on AirPods Max, Apple guarantees up to 20 hours of playback. When you disable ANC and spatial audio, you can extract more from the headphones. They charge, like the iPad Pro, over the company's patented Lightning port and not USB Type-C.

AirPods Max headphones are available in India at Rs. 59,900, and in the US at $549. It is up for pre-order now and will go on sale from 15 December onwards. Five colour options, including space grey, silver, sky blue, green and pink, will be eligible for these headphones.
