- Tech Backbone
Following reaction from PS4 users, Sony agreed to shut down the much-hyped PlayStation Store Cyberpunk 2077 title before further notice. The business is now receiving offers for refunds from disgruntled players who ordered the game from the PlayStation Website.

When you're raising the refund request at this moment, you might face difficulties. Via its Twitter account, the organisation has identified the problem and promises to address the issue as soon as possible. Trying after a few hours might just do the trick if you're still facing problems.
CD Projekt Red's management board repeated the decision on its investor page shortly after Sony explained its position. "Following our discussion with SIE on a full refund for all gamers who purchased Cyberpunk 2077 via PlayStation Store and want a refund at this time, the decision was made," the note reads.
The production comes only a week after the PlayStation, Xbox, PC, and Google Stadia CD Projekt Red released the app. The organisation had released a public apology earlier this week for not meeting player expectations. The team of CyberPunk 2077 have agreed to release two patches by February and allowed the refund alternative to be selected.
